jennylafleur's "Happy Things" December tradition. I'm going to try again, though!
Things that made me happy yesterday - Friday, 30 November.
1. Singing with the Impressions Chorale in the 15th annual Benefit Concert for the Reflections program.
2. Surprising Mr. A - the director - with specially-commissioned choral piece by Mark Hayes, performed by all current members and alumni who could join. There were about 125 of us crammed into the choir loft.
3. Actually surprising him! This has been in the works for a year and a half - and we did it! Neither he NOR Mrs. A had any idea. :D
4. Midnight breakfast at IHOP. I got home at 2 AM...
