This happiness thing is pretty much the same as what [personal profile] jennylafleur has done for a number of years in December. Even when bad stuff isn't happening, it's such a busy, fussy time that it's harder than usual to find rest and joy.  It's a good thing no matter when, why, or how you do it.

And I have a good one for today. I heard from Dad - he got the results back from the second cut, and margins are clear. He is officially a cancer survivor, and cancer free.
