I worked for 3 hours straight and got pretty much everything down for my 1860s class outline. Yeah, the "outline" is 5.5 pages long. ;) It's super detailed, though, and in some places should be verbatim. I have so much to cover that I have to really focus what I'm saying.

I'm going to work on some other things now, but in a day or two I'll revisit it, first to make sure I reached the points I needed, and then to cut out and simplify as much as possible and mark which points I want to have illustrations for. Then to find the illustrations and put together the handout, along with some links. At least the links I will put up at Scene in the Past after the class.

Now to work on other things!

Sure thing! The handout is really just pictures; my PowerPoint substitute. I can bring a copy of my slightly incoherent notes, though, too.
