Wet it really well and pull it out. If you need to flatten it, use a hammer and water. Or even a rolling pin.

I did soak it and pull it out again, and it's back to the same size, more or less. But it's discolored a bit, and the texture is both harder and smoother than the other one. It's really okay, it won't be hard to just replace it with another piece. Thank you for your help!
