The streets are now all white. The temperature hasn't fallen much below 30 yet, so the edges toward the gutters are a bit damp. But there's plenty in the middle of the roads. I think it's mostly sleet, which is good; sleet gives grit and traction that freezing rain doesn't.

My Christmas tree is up and mostly decorated! And I'm getting chilly. So it's time for a nice hot bath and shower. Signing off with a blurry, low-light selfie!

Ooh, as of the time I'm looking at it, that is impressive. It looks as if the whole length of the storm band just wants to wind its way across your area. I hope it doesn't cause anyone too much trouble.
